After working here, you'll be able to work at just about any job like cake! Companies that care about their employees make this place look like a complete joke. Health care is paid. The only major benefit.
Cons
Terribly low pay for the workload and skill required. Promises of raises that never come. Very high level of stress coming from both customers and management. Micro-management where it doesn't need to ever be. No management at all where it does need to be. Shady CEO that yells at people and treat everyone like disposable garbage. HR department that sweeps concerns under the rug. If you don't drink the company kool-aid, you wont last long. Extremely high turnover rate even for a tech company. You can get a promotion.. in that you will get more workload, but don't expect more pay for it. Expect to be treated like garbage by your boss and his boss. Basically everything is a con.
