The organization is very top heavy with the VP level individuals receiving the rewards off the hard work of everyone else. The pay is below market value in just about every area and they do not adjust for cost of living at other locations, people outside of Arizona seem to get the short end of the stick. The culture seems to have shifted from trying to upgrade as many lives as possible to trying to just get as big and make as much money as possible.
This is not a great place for upward mobility, they almost seem to try and keep people in lower level positions to try and keep salaries lower. This was a consensus among most entry and mid-level employees. They try to give the impression that they emulate a culture like Google, but they just don't seem to truly care enough about their people for this to hold true. Creating an open floor plan office design does not make a company similar to Google and was actually a complaint of many people in Arizona when they were running out of space and had to convert a warehouse into desk space as it was not a comfortable environment being face to face with another coworker all day.
