Great place to work if you have consistent clientele. - Personal Trainer EXOS Employee Review

Pros

The compensation per hour is better than most personal training gyms are willing to offer. Hours are extremely flexible.

Cons

You only get paid when you are training if you are not part of the full-time staff. Often times, clients will cancel, which means that your paycheck will often fluctuate. It is also quite difficult to promote your business as a per diem trainer since there are salaried-based trainers who give out workouts for free.

Pros

Love the company culture and values. It’s fun to be apart of an innovative company in the health and fitness industry. 90% of the people I have worked with over the years are great people that really know their stuff.

Cons

For the health and fitness industry the benefits and schedules are great for full-time employees but the pay is sometimes a little low. Pay is sometimes based on the account contract and yearly raises are rare, but small increases do occur to help with the increased cost of living.
