Pros

EXOS is by far the best company for health and wellness professionals to work for. A world-class culture of excellence and dedication to continuous improvement makes it easy to see the value they bring to the industry of human performance. Whether you're working an API site or with a corporate wellness account, the skills you gain make all the difference in your abilities as a practitioner towards the common goal of upgrading lives. -Inspiring Executive Leadership Team -Unlimited Continuous Improvement Opportunity -Great Culture -Amazing Coworkers

Cons

Starting wages are sub-optimal for those coming out of a Bachelors program with debt. In my first employment opportunity with EXOS in Silicon Valley, CA, the most expensive metro in the country with the highest cost of living, I started with an hourly rate that came out to around 35k/year... Moved to an account in Phoenix Metro, certainly more affordable but continuing to rise, only moved up to about 40k/yr. Very tough pill to swallow when you love your job and the company you work for, yet live paycheck to paycheck, and even have to work two jobs at times to make ends meet. Wages aside, I miss the human performance field and working at EXOS every day.

Pros

Love the company culture and values. It’s fun to be apart of an innovative company in the health and fitness industry. 90% of the people I have worked with over the years are great people that really know their stuff.

Cons

For the health and fitness industry the benefits and schedules are great for full-time employees but the pay is sometimes a little low. Pay is sometimes based on the account contract and yearly raises are rare, but small increases do occur to help with the increased cost of living.
