Opportunity to put your stamp on areas of the business with lots of new, evolving opportunities. Growing company that provides opportunity to really own areas of the business and projects.
Cons
Lots of things happening, need to be able to handle multiple projects and be comfortable with having ownership. Fast-paced. This isn't where you plan for 2017 in 2015, ever-changing opportunities to address and grow the business (also exciting in that aspect).
