Pros

Working closely with patients allowed me to build meaningful relationships and directly contribute to their recovery and well-being. Guiding them through exercises and seeing their progress was highly rewarding. gained hands-on experience with physical therapy techniques and equipment, which enhanced my knowledge and skills in patient care and rehabilitation. Working at EXOS allowed me to collaborate with experienced physical therapists and other healthcare professionals, learning from their expertise and improving my ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. I contributed to increasing the patient retention rate by 15% through personalized care and follow-ups, showcasing my ability to build trust and rapport with patients.

Cons

The role was physically demanding, requiring long hours on my feet and the need to assist patients with exercises and equipment, which could be exhausting. Working with patients who were struggling with pain or slow progress could be challenging, requiring a high level of empathy and resilience. alancing direct patient care with administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining records and managing inventory, sometimes took time away from patient interactions. As a technician, my role was to assist rather than lead therapy sessions, which sometimes limited my ability to make autonomous decisions regarding patient care.

Pros

Love the company culture and values. It’s fun to be apart of an innovative company in the health and fitness industry. 90% of the people I have worked with over the years are great people that really know their stuff.

Cons

For the health and fitness industry the benefits and schedules are great for full-time employees but the pay is sometimes a little low. Pay is sometimes based on the account contract and yearly raises are rare, but small increases do occur to help with the increased cost of living.
