Pros
Company that helped people directly, could see real value in our services Fun Major accounts to work on or direct with pro atheletes
Cons
Executive leadership and upper management was so removed from or didn't understand the work being done they often caused roadblocks all to save face with account leads. Lack of transparency to strategic goals made it hard for lower levels to understand how to bring innovation or new ideas to improve work. Feedback only allowed down the chain, never up. Performance reviews not standardized and "we never give out 5 stars, out of principle" so you could never excel. Pay was well below market value for any roles besides performance coaches and personal trainers. Annual pay raises were lower than inflation. Management often took your ideas as their own and getting praised after shutting you down. Two layoffs in the last two years, after stating "we're fine don't worry" many times.. Executive leaders announced as "going on to new roles" quietly and without excitement for their next steps..one right before the first layoffs..hmm.
