*USA offices * Decision-makers at the top of the chain get to have the benefits of remote work (employees remotely work-sharing across offices) but do not allow employees to do the same (if you’re working with a completely remote team you must still come into the office). Despite having proven through the COVID-era that employees can successfully work remotely senior leadership is planning a full return to office 5 days/wk.
