Avoid if you have 10+ years experience. Not a place for Senior level growth. - Senior Project Manager EXP Employee Review

Pros

Great worker level staff. Opportunities to work on a variety of projects and build teams across countries that are experts in their fields. Decent work/life balance and salary expectations that were mostly "in line" with state averages. Okay bonus program (when paid out). Benefits were decent but not great. Adding family members to health plan was possible but very expensive. Don't trust Human Resources ever.

Cons

Micromanaging Sector Leads have no experience and huge egos. Mall Store architects are trying to lead sector groups they have zero experience in while trying to keep staff under their thumb. HR is a complete joke and does not support employees and their concerns even with mountains of evidence. Sector Leads will do nothing, spend all their time and energy undermining staff, contribute zero effort to bring in new clients or contracts then force out senior level staff just to steal their hard work and bonuses. Parasite culture from Managers that have no idea what they are doing.

Pros

Direct managers within the office are nice people. Colleagues are also nice. Opportunity for career growth if you stick around long enough. Some interesting projects.

Cons

*USA offices * Decision-makers at the top of the chain get to have the benefits of remote work (employees remotely work-sharing across offices) but do not allow employees to do the same (if you’re working with a completely remote team you must still come into the office). Despite having proven through the COVID-era that employees can successfully work remotely senior leadership is planning a full return to office 5 days/wk. Lousy healthcare benefits, below-avg compensation. Employees with less than 40 hrs/wk of project work are forced to create technical documents to justify charging to company time when the root cause is the firm not winning projects.
