Pros
2 great Loop locations literally a 2 minute walk apart. Close to buses, Metra and L trains. Amazing benefit package, including Health, 401K, PTO and more. Company provided snacks and beverages. I love this! Terrific management staff. They are truly engaging and really care about their employees. They love to hear your ideas, no matter what they are. No micro-management either. You are allowed to handle your desk as you choose. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I have yet to meet a person that I don't care for. There a lot of really smart people here. Willing to share their knowledge. Hard work is appreciated and rewarded. This is not a planted review. I am not management, and I have nothing to gain by providing a bogus review. These are my genuine feelings. I am 100% happy with my decision to work at EZLinks.
Cons
If you can call it a con, the workload can get a bit intense, but it makes your days fly by. You feel like you just got here, but its time to go already. Nice.
