Pros

They were brought out by NBC so the benefits are great.

Cons

The job sucks so much. You will probably be trained with a group of people and then you will see them proceed to quit one by one. They tell you everything you need to know is on the software but it's up to the golf courses to tell the leads what information needs to be updated and they often don't, so you end up giving out the wrong information or you end up dealing with a lot of disgruntled golfers because we can't give them answers to certain things. You are limited in what you can do. There are some things that you have to call the golf shop to have them do and they don't answer the phone most of the time, so you have to tell the golfer to call back and if you happen to be the person that tells them to call back for the 3rd plus time, you are going to get yelled at. EZLinks likes to operate as if you're "at the golf course" so they don't like to let golfers know that you work in a call center so you have lie and feed them whatever BS when you can't get a hold of a golf shop or don't know any specifics about the course.
