Pros
1. Some great people worked there and still remain (however, the caliber of people that are sought after now are 'yes men/women' simply to appease the investors) 2. The technology is impressive, but developers and product teams are not given the time to fully develop and so many solutions have smoke and mirrors.
Cons
1. People management – There are no people management or development programs in place, which means a top performer can be released on conjecture or subjective measures. There are no universal standards and management apply rules when it favors their intent and they neglect to apply them when it does not. 2. Sexual Harassment/Assault – women in the company are not treated equally. Director and Executive level leadership refer to women as simply good to look at, as if they bring no other value to the company. 3. Favoritism – Due to who you are related to or friends with, the company favors certain individuals no matter whether they are under performing or behaving unethically.
