We are concerned to hear that you feel we have managers who play favorites and that cliques exist within departments. Our objective at EagleView is to create opportunities and growth based on merit so that employees who excel are recognized, regardless of tenure or manager-employee relationships. Our process involves a thorough review by executives of the departments, HR, and finance to eliminate bias. Finally, we try to encourage relationship building through wellness activities, like volunteer opportunities, ping pong tournaments, and healthy snacks, and through parties and happy hours!
