Pros
Quickly changing, during my time @ Eagleview every single person (except 1, CTO) were either new hires, were promoted, changed jobs or left for other adventures. This instilled a lot of pride in the work force because our hardwork was recognized and even though the company was just getting off the ground there were ways of showing appreciation all around.
Cons
The company is young and in a phase of stabilization, they don't always know how to appreciate the hardwork of everyone around them and they don't always understand how to keep certain people happy.
