The construction leadership is visionary, passionate and considerate to their employees. The compensation is based from personal performance and if you put forth the effort the rewards are equitable. The health benefit package is fantastic and HR has done a great job at minimizing cost increases over a number of years. The company is growing rapidly and opportunities for advancement exist in a real way.
Cons
You better like competition. Eagleview has a strong bench with several high quality employees all looking to forward their career. Vast opportunity for advancement exist for those that are willing to take on the competition, fight for greatness and become part of the team. But if you are looking for an easy path with a mediocre company this is not it.
