1.It is challenging to work in EagleView and easy to attract talent as they work on latest technologies like Golang, React, 3D, AWS, Netflix Conductor ,Computer Vision etc 2.Being a Product organization we have amalgamation of people and culture coming in from big IT giants (Product organizations) and Startup 3.There is huge learning potential, I have personally learnt a lot about various new tech stack and technologies as well as there has been a growth in my portfolio as we have hired freshers from campus (Various IIT's, NIT's and BITS) covering length and breath of country 4.During these uncertain and tough times leadership team and management have taken decisions that are beneficial for employees like giving comfortable work from home set up by providing monitors ,desk etc, also helping employees with work from home allowance and covering monthly internet expense 5.Company promotes culture that is highly rewarding and has various R and R programs that keeps employees motivated .Employees have been rewarded with various awards from time to time 6.Managemet has been compassionate as they have taken various timely decisions that have benefitted employees, like work from home announcement ,launching mental health welfare program to ensure well being of all employees. 7.Various training programs have been undertaken to empower employees (like Women Development Program, Technical Training on technologies like Go lang & React from external Vendor's and from Internal Team, Soft skills training etc) 8.Leadership and management team is approachable as ideas of employees are being appreciated and they are empowered with freedom to execute their ideas 9.I see a tremendous future for EVIN as R and D center is being set up in India and there is huge scope of learning
