Pros
1. Support and mentorship from the leadership team to shape and influence your career. 2. Work is never monotonous. There is always a healthy balance of routine and interesting opportunities to challenge yourself. 3. Chain of command is largely non-hierarchical and very open to ideas - I have had the pleasure of working with many leaders who respect the grind and the quality of work you do, over hierarchy. This very respect-based leadership has helped quite a few discover new paths quite early in their careers. 4. Active leadership engagement all the way down to the grassroot level, coupled with smaller, more agile teams is an excellent opportunity for greater visibility. 5. Easy to attract talent from even top product-based organizations out in the market, due to the nature of the work. 6. Hiring for team working with some stellar technology stack like Go, AWS, Computer Vision, True AI and ML tech and React is a win-win for a tech enthusiast like I. I get to learn everyday and stay relevant with the latest stack in the industry and more. 7. Work culture is meritocracy based and people are fun to work with. 8. Flexibility, as a culture, is evident across teams and leadership, including work, work hours and employee centric ideas. 9. Leaves aplenty and leave requests have never been denied. 10. Hiring philosophy is "interview to hire for potential, not interview to reject".
Cons
1. None that I can think of at the time of writing this review apart from having to face the traffic everyday to reach Pritech Park.
