Pros
I've never said this about a job before, but I love this place. It keeps you busy, sometimes VERY busy, but it's amazing how little stress there is in all that when people simply treat you with respect and gratitude for your efforts. I've never worked with such good people, who are just so friendly and supportive, and not in that usual forced fake corporate way. The sincerity and positivity is like how you see people acting at jobs in movies, and most jobs I've had have made me think that was just fantasy. Since training I kept thinking this place is too good to be true and there must be some catch that's going to appear and ruin it all at any moment, but 6 months later it still hasn't happened. It would take me all day to get into it all in even more detail, but I'll just say I finally have a job I don't dread waking up for, co-workers I like and some of whom have become good friends, and management that cares, treats you like a real human being not just some tool to be used, and are actually even fun to be around...and it all means a lot to me. I will stay here forever if they let me.
Cons
Nothing significant for me. Some people will be put off by how busy it can be here, but I don't really mind since the people you work with and the customers here are so much more nice and relaxed than the people you usually have to deal with at a remote customer service job.
