Pros
A ton of change, which has created some swirl but excitement about the longer term vision. Decent benefits, although they could do more given the competition. New CEO still settling in, but he has a great background that many of us are excited to see come out more. Despite some big siloes, people generally care about each other and are willing to help.
Cons
Definitely a ton of areas that leadership can improve: 1) communication from the top down. The company is going through a lot of changes, and more communication and what/why is happening would help 2) benefits - no maternity or paternity leave, really? 3) training needs to improve. Especially for newer colleagues. They started doing a leadership training program which has been decent but we need more for when people join. Way too many “values”
