Pros

Great mission, extremely smart people, great benefits, a lot of flexibility. Learning curve tough at first but leave with a wealth of knowledge and skills. Impactful work with access to all major players in the enviro world. If environmental work is your passion this is a great place to work.

Cons

If not a litigator feel kind of second fiddle. Salary by no means bad but by no means great. Because it is enviro work can get disillusioned.

Pros

I have never worked at a place quite like Earthjustice. It is, truly, the strongest example I know of doing good work well. So many organizations are striving to achieve what Earthjustice has already established as foundation. I couldn't be more proud to work here.

Cons

The single con that comes to mind is simply the rapid growth the organization has experienced. That itself isn't a con, but all of the things that come with that can be challenging. These challenges are more than mitigated by the truly collaborative and courageous spirit that is universal here, though. We will get there.

Pros

Earthjustice is one of the few nonprofits that practices what it preaches. It’s invested in its staff and treats them well. And they do good work on top of it. My hours are very manageable and my time off and benefits are great. I am proud and happy to work here.

Cons

I love working here. I don’t have anything negative to say.
