Pros

Ability to learn at work - not just said, actual opportunity to improve skill sets Senior developers with real experience and true desire to help team members grow/learn Forward momentum Open and Communicative Senior Leadership Career Opportunities Intelligent and Engaging Employees Nice Office Cold Brew Coffee Friday Lunches Shuffle Board Game Room True work/life balance

Cons

Open office has it's downsides, but also it's perks. Would prefer a private office, but that is just a preference. Pay could be higher across the board, but also part of building something new. Good faith has been demonstrated that when you put in the work, the company/leadership will take care of you.

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Ease.io as an SDR include: Learning and Growth Opportunities: Leadership at Ease has encouraged my personal career growth and provided me with opportunities to learn more in the SaaS industry. The People: From my team members in the SDR department to the Chief Executives running the company and everyone in between, everyone has been incredibly helpful throughout my time at the company. Office Setting: I love coming into our office; there's a great view of the ocean that makes coming in worthwhile every time.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working at Ease.io as an SDR include: Dealing with Rejection: Adjusting to the level of rejection that comes with this role, due to the extensive cold outreach, was challenging. However, overcoming this ongoing challenge provides valuable experience in an entry-level sales role.
