Pros

For most employees being at EASE is more than a job, it's a passion, it's friendships and it's seeing the potential and driving towards it. - Open, honest and experienced leadership team that do what they say they will - Focused market opportunity as well as a strategy for out to expand beyond this in the coming years - Outside of the COVID-19 pandemic, employees regularly go out to lunch together, connect outside of work and support each other - Regular free lunches, team activities, kitchen pantry food items, nitro brew etc. - Good office environment with great equipment and facilities

Cons

Can be tough to balance between startup organic culture and the more disciplined and process-driven approaches required for high growth. The company overall does a reasonable job in managing this balance though.

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Ease.io as an SDR include: Learning and Growth Opportunities: Leadership at Ease has encouraged my personal career growth and provided me with opportunities to learn more in the SaaS industry. The People: From my team members in the SDR department to the Chief Executives running the company and everyone in between, everyone has been incredibly helpful throughout my time at the company. Office Setting: I love coming into our office; there's a great view of the ocean that makes coming in worthwhile every time.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working at Ease.io as an SDR include: Dealing with Rejection: Adjusting to the level of rejection that comes with this role, due to the extensive cold outreach, was challenging. However, overcoming this ongoing challenge provides valuable experience in an entry-level sales role.
