Pros
PTO policy is flexible for staff not in schools.
Cons
Unsafe learning environments that the org spends overtime to cover up.
High turnover.
A lot of the data they report about test scores does not tell the full story.
A lot of favoritism.
Senior leaders treat everyone like they are disposable if you do not serve their narratives.
No positive culture.
Staff are very unhappy.
Principals are unqualified.
