Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Thank you for your commitment to EHTP for more than 6 years. From the top down, the key to our orginization is our commitment to not only providing great experiences for our students, but to our educators and stakeholders as well. Because reflection is one of our core values, we’re always looking for ways to ensure our educators have equal access to growth and development opportunities and that is inclusive of our leaders. We strive to provide an environment where educators feel they’re valued, treated fairly, respected and prepared to lead our school community in meaningful, thoughtful and equitable ways. We'd love to continue to this conversation and hear more from you regarding your experiences. We'd like to encourage you to provide further feedback to jobs@ehtp.org.

Pros

PTO policy is flexible for staff not in schools.

Cons

Unsafe learning environments that the org spends overtime to cover up. High turnover. A lot of the data they report about test scores does not tell the full story. A lot of favoritism. Senior leaders treat everyone like they are disposable if you do not serve their narratives. No positive culture. Staff are very unhappy. Principals are unqualified.
