Pros
Good people, decent pay, good health benefits, easy work. Boot voucher once a year is nice. They take safety very seriously. Constantly check blood levels to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Cons
Poor vacation time, bad 401k, no paid sick leave, horrible life insurance (only 10k in the event of death), short and long term disability is ridiculous. takes forever to go dayshift. Little opportunities to advance, and if you do want to move up you better know someone high up! It's a job, not a career. Mandatory overtime in certain departments that may run 8 months out of the year. Poor planning ahead for orders. Poor upper management which trickles down to production. And it's definitely quantity over quality. Quality of product is a JOKE!
