Pros
Health Benefits are better than most. People are friendly for the most part. They like to tell you the business is fantastic but you won't see anything for it except videos every three months saying thanks.
Cons
You won't receive any time off from work until you're there 3 years. Terrible pay for office workers. Construction everywhere so you have to leave very early to get to work, you can't swipe in late or you get written up.
