use/ abuse temps, MANY language barriers - Production East Penn Employee Review

the company uses/ abuses "temps" and does not hire after 90 days as promised (i learned of many people who were kept on as "temps" and not hired after a year). too many people who can not speak, read, or write proper english are hired and it proposes many safety issues for workers.
