Pros

This company is a steady job, great if you're starting out and need something to help you find solid footing. The work will never dry out, and the mandatory OT is always there. The health benefits were slightly above average used to be amazing.

Cons

You will not move up or earn a chance to move up unless you've been there for decades, yes, decades, or personally know someone. The fact, that you runt the possibility of being on mandatory overtime for years, with no choice or say about your own time and needing to ear a special overtime excuse or using a vacation day to have a full week-end is unacceptable. The pay is not competitive anymore (even after the unsubstantial raise ($0.25 to $1.15) and for hazard's present is under satisfactory. The vacation, sick day (non to speak off), and any other form of leave & absence benefit is laughable & insulting. Management has been trying to address pay & vacation concerns in any way possible, as long as these solutions don't include giving employees a substantial raise or increasing vacation days.
