Health and safety is a joke, most of the people in the positions dont have the job related experience. Most problems arent fixed in a timely manner (too worried about production) even if it puts employees at risk. Medical is a joke as well, nothing ever seems to be work related. The employees are treated as numbers, if you get hurt too bad, find another job. Not all, but alot of the leaders get promoted because they are buddy buddy with someone. Dont expect to have a life outside of the company, you dont get many vacation days and no sick days at all so the little vacation you do get has to be used for that.
