Pros
You get an average paycheck. Benefits are better than other places.
Cons
You get 15 minutes to shower and wash all the lead, acid, and all other bad stuff off of you and that includes walking to your locker from the floor grabbing your items, waiting for people to move out of the way because locker rooms are so cramped. By the time you shower it’s 5 minutes. Not enough time. The bosses are all friends that just won a bid to manage you, and I mean all the way up the chain, they do not care for you they just want their numbers, and they cover each other up, favorite their friends on the floor because they go drinking/sporting together or date each other’s friends/ family. If you get hurt “it didn’t happen there”. Slavery work, the must have production numbers keep going up. So forget bathroom breaks or water breaks. And it’s HOT. Some dept you can’t figure out your bonus yourself it’s a secret so you can’t even check if they are paying you right which I’m sure they aren’t most of the time. Too many other cons I’ll be here all day but it’s a job I’m sure everywhere is bad because people aren’t held accountable anymore so work here if you need to just know what to expect and try not to take it home.
