Mediocrity and incompetence will get you far in this company. Going above and beyond will not. It will be taken as a given and more demanded. Middle management will harp on the 1% they don't like but never acknowledge or praise the 99% you do well. You will feel depleted. Senior management is disengaged from employees' needs and focuses its time and investments on the wrong things. No sales department, so business halted all growth. Very little room to grow career-wise. Projects are mostly not interesting or engaging. Engineers with no people skills are promoted to management. Company culture has a very low empathy score. HR doesn't resolve employee issues. It's at the bottom of their list. HR competency is very low. Unaware of basic laws and regulations.
