Pros
As someone who has had a chance to work with EastBanc Technologies I must commend the remarkable talent and expertise of the engineering team. Although most of the engineers lack people skills as someone has already mentioned in other reviews they are highly skilled, innovative, and dedicated to their craft.
Cons
Management on the other hand is a total disaster. The leadership team lacks clear direction and effective decision-making, resulting in frequent changes in priorities, inadequate resource allocation, and poorly defined goals. Furthermore, there is a noticeable lack of recognition and support for employees' contributions, leading to low morale and frustration among the team. Engineers are often expected to work long hours and meet unrealistic deadlines without receiving the necessary resources or guidance. It is disheartening to see such a talented group of individuals being undervalued and constrained by ineffective management practices. I genuinely believe that the company could perform much better both financially and strategically if the management team could find themselves a replacement. With the right management in place, I have no doubt that this company has the potential to achieve greatness and make a lasting impact in the industry.
