Great opportunity for growth on campus. Flexible hours and challenging problems to deal with. Also paid for housing costs.

Cons

Time off doesn't exist as long as you are on campus. You're always a representative of the housing department while physically onsite.

None- truly a great place to work. The only con is that the state system office does not help and often hinders the work on campus.
