      Excellent culture, the family is still involved, strong leadership. The company truly cares about its employees and wants to see people succeed.

      Little flexibility for work hours, can feel like there's lots of red tape at times

      Pros

      You can learn propane delivery, at first I was reluctant but now I prefer it over oil. Great team, well maintained fleet. Management helped me with my work schedule. The work off season is easy and relaxed.

      Cons

      Part of the fleet was so so but they are improving it. There was also a lot of paperwork but they reduced it. In winter, in cab tablets can be finicky when your fingers are cold. I would have given 4 stars only but they are correcting these problems.
