Pros
As a sub you can choose what jobs you want to accept and not accept. Being a sub you can try different locations to see where you would fit best.
Cons
Schools, specially the facility’s could be cleaner. Some people aren’t nice and accepting of newcomers depending where you sub. They don’t all use gloves when touching kids food, I think is disgusting! Depending what school your at the nurses barley send kids home if they are sick! Nurses don’t like to call home and tell parents to pick up kids if they are sick because parents may have to leave work, so it is a constant battle of trying to stay healthy. They seem to treat the men different then the women. Men get away with taking off and leaving early. If you have family who works their you get more perks then the person who doesn’t. Again this is all different I’m different buildings.
