Pros

Working with at- risk students can be very rewarding, and my co-workers were wonderful. Previous administration were very fair and supportive.

Cons

As BOCES is being pressured more by Governor Cuomo, upper administration has become very critical of every single move an employee makes, and allows the students to harm staff without any consequences.
