Management is extremely aloof to the needs of the plant. Safety is not a priority and needs to have a significant focus. Advancements are few and far between even when they are deserved. The work culture is tense with the union and salaried employees. It is also difficult to be assigned meaningful tasks. Management is not focused on the big picture but their own picture for their advancements. Behavior focus vs a balance with performance is a must. No one is held accountable for their assigned tasks. Which means nothing gets achieved for the site goals.
