Dead end for creative career - Graphic Design Associate Eataly Employee Review

Room for growth continued to shrink. My position has since been dissolved. New ideas never entertained unless they came from corporate who seemed out of touch, always hanging on by a thread, and never sure of what direction they wanted to go. Very poor communication and planning.
