      Really cool place to work in terms of the concept.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to care about the employees, only care about themselves and how to move up the ladder. The store director also drinks while on the job and makes staff feel stupid. If you're not Italian, they won't care about you.

      None! Best job I’ve had and would work there 100% hands down if I still lived in the city. It gets insanely busy but it comes with the territory

      Pros

      Decent community and work environment, huge team so you’ll definitely meet some interesting people. Good for gaining early experience in the restaurant industry

      Cons

      Volume is unpredictable and inconsistent, so you have to be prepared to either be in the weeds with minimal assistance from management or ready to idle for 3 hours with two walk-ins per hour and no reservations. And the tourists are exceptionally insufferable here
