If you are technically sound don't think to give interview too, such a worst company in terms of software development. Here They call their entity as Eaton India Innovation Center LLP, but its standards does not even fit for Service center also. Performance Evaluation just based on how you are good at polishing boots of Leadership team. Some people calls themselves Solution architects and Leads, just because of Experience.
