      Steady Work, job longevity, competitive salary, decent benefits, low traffic location, worldwide company, established product lines, experienced work force (mostly the more tenured employees)

      Cons

      Has somewhat lost it's way in recent years. Too many people promoted into positions they are not suited for although in there own minds they are. Has become very cliquish.

      Horrible management team. Sales team has had 4-5 directors in 8 years. High turnover rate due mismanagement Executive team is inept No accountability within operations/manufacturing so equipment is consistently delivered late (1+ year late)
