Pros
-The residents are usually pretty sweet and nice. -Management tries to make an effort. Tries. -I usually like my co-workers.
Cons
-Like the title says: We are understaffed, and listening to my co-workers talk, the pay is average or on the low side for the industry. There are other places that pay more, and other places that pay way less to do basically a certified nursing assistant job. -If you want food, you have to buy it. -Depending on what side you are assigned, you can get pretty busy. I've been assigned look after 10 residents in memory care before.
