Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As with any sales position, reps are responsible for scheduling their own time and priorities. Managers will step in if needed to ensure their reps have the chance to realize their full potential or are not meeting expectations. Thanks for the feedback on staggered shifts as well. We understand that Carrier Sales Reps work long hours and work very hard. It is disappointing to hear you don’t believe employees are truly valued; we’ve done so much over the past year to show our employees that the exact opposite is true but there is always more that can be done.
