Zero concern for individual team members, Top leadership only padding pockets for themselves, while under-paying & under-valuing those who keep the cogs churning for most senior men to set themselves for nauseatingly, big pay-outs. Lots of propaganda (negative connotation) from highest levels akin to brainwashing while treating wide swaths of producers poorly in every way. All as evident in annual employee satisfaction surveys.
