Pros
It really is a great place for freshers - someone that really doesn't care a great deal about Salary or Benefits and is not exposed to politics in workplace. In return, you will get to work on challenging projects and learn a lot. Mid-career engineers can expect a decent job satisfaction - you might be able to find challenging projects and a decent career growth.
Cons
* Medical benefits are mediocre at best (high deductible and high out of pocket expense per year), * When you are in the middle to senior management, you are exposed to a lot of workplace politics and to the fickle-minded and seemingly ungrateful/unappreciative executive management that won't hesitate to be verbally abusive (honestly and thankfully, not my personal experience, but I've seen/heard-of people go through this) * Lack of 'work hour' flexibility unless you get a good manager - but with the executive management's 'Clock punching' mentality, even a good manager's hands are tied.
