Pros
The pros are four day work week 10 hour days, with many Fridays volunteer overtime
They try to make a friendly environment
Cons
The pay is not as good as the other places around the area – odd for a fortune 200 company
Daily quotas on work – some of them are unrealistic
Many department supervisors – a.k.a. “coaches “ are pretty good – one or two are not. Typically these are the ones that have been there for 25 years plus.
20 minute break in the morning, 20 minute break for lunch 10 minute break in the afternoon
You are truly on your feet for majority of the 10 hour day
The corporation tries to make a friendly environment, but very few employees involve themselves in it. Much backstabbing among line workforce, not a healthy environment. Line workforce runs to supervisors constantly about other people when they should be concerned about their own work.
Management has their favorites and you could see that by who who they talk to, and who Brown noses them
