They have not developed a way to tackle the work life balance piece for their associates and with the volatile business we operate in, there is always pressure beyond your pay scale that dictates your life more than you dictate on your own. In other words, you work long hours,often out of town, and you are on call 24/7 so escaping from your work is very difficult and the company can become your life rather than a part of it. You must be a strong individual with an iron will and a good chin to survive. If you are Looking for a laid back, slow paced, 9-5 job...keep looking.
