Pros

Initially it seemed to be a great company but a few months after starting I started to see some major red flags and breakdowns. This company is owned by a private equity firm. Multiple acquisitions in a short amount of time bringing together VERY diverse companies. The culture is ridiculously disjointed and contentious. Oh wait....these are the pros. They have food in the office and alcohol. The office was 5 minutes from my house.

Cons

This was, hands down, the WORST professional experience of my 35+ year career. If you want to join a company that has good, honest leadership, strong principles and clear direction this is NOT the company! Run away far and fast. If you have no other options...take your chances.

Pros

- Great team from department head down - Collaboration is encouraged - Self-starter culture with good room for side projects - "See something, say something" approach allows questioning methodology without a feeling of personal attacks or "dumb questions" and enables team members to support each other in a safe environment - Work from home

Cons

- Executive leadership does not know what they want - Consistent turnover in C-Suite leads to departments acting like small internal companies rather than part of a larger system - Limited permission access for team members means that any absence or time-off can lead to a backlog of deployments
