      The company is true to its mission and intends to remain an independent financial advisor to help people at all income levels successfully plan for and navigate their financials. There are a true team of experts here researching daily how to provide the best advise. Intensive training for advisors and certifications to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The culture is changing, led by a newly appointed CEO committed to growth and a positive career experience for the people. The offices are beautiful, spacious and filled with snacks.       Technology roadmap is on track but some offerings in the mobile are delayed but seem to be moving forward well.

      - Executive leadership does not know what they want - Consistent turnover in C-Suite leads to departments acting like small internal companies rather than part of a larger system - Limited permission access for team members means that any absence or time-off can lead to a backlog of deployments
