Pros

-I was an intern immediately after graduating from college with my B.S. in Communication- my role at EFE allowed for ample career exploration with a wide variety of actionable tasks for me to complete. -The work that I did was meaningful and contributed to the team's larger goals. My schedule was busy but also flexible. -I have had 2 other internships prior to this one and I feel my colleagues were more involved, engaging, and supportive at EFE than what I had experienced previously. -The benefits for an intern here are unheard of (including eligibility for medical / dental and PTO) -My senior colleagues were eager to mentor me both formally and informally. Overall, I would 100% recommend an internship with EFE to any college student who is interested in working in any role within the financial industry. If you are willing to put in the work and ask questions, you can really make an impact here.

Cons

Honestly can't think of any.

Pros

- Great team from department head down - Collaboration is encouraged - Self-starter culture with good room for side projects - "See something, say something" approach allows questioning methodology without a feeling of personal attacks or "dumb questions" and enables team members to support each other in a safe environment - Work from home

Cons

- Executive leadership does not know what they want - Consistent turnover in C-Suite leads to departments acting like small internal companies rather than part of a larger system - Limited permission access for team members means that any absence or time-off can lead to a backlog of deployments
